Housing numbers for December prove Santa does not exist

Just read that housing numbers on average were down almost 20% on a seasonally adjusted basis for the month of December. This proves Santa was not delivering housing presents for Christmas. Real estate agents and movers got a lump of coal in our stockings. How did we get on the naughty list….we were good I promise. Hope the elves in Washington are watching as this thing can’t stay on this track for too much longer.
